SERVICE OVERVIEW

This service is truly one of a kind. With our blind wrap fulfillment service, we blindly process your consumer orders front to end. You make the sale and forward it to us for processing. We then process and ship the order directly to your customer and return tracking information back to your purchasing team. What does "blind wrap" mean? It means we remain 100% anonymous to your customer. They will never see our name on anything and, if you choose, they won't even see our address. It's simple - we become your warehouse and save on carrying and fulfillment costs.

AVAILABLE FEATURES:

Customized Packing Slip - We'll work with you or your marketing team to custom design a packing slip suitable to your business.

Return Address Control - You tell us what return address to actually print on your shipping labels.

Third party freight billing - For those interested, we currently offer FedEx 3rd party billing.

Customized Email - If you choose, we can send shipping confirmation emails directly to your customers. We'll work with you to customize the email with your company's branding.

Competitive Pricing - We offer the same great pricing as our traditional wholesale customers. The only fee you'll encounter for this service is a very nominal handling and processing fee. Most of our customers have found this fee to be less than they would pay to process the order themselves.

Product Feed - As an Aleva Health partner, we'll from time to time provide you with a product feed to ensure your site's content is as updated as possible.

Tracking Update - Once an order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. For higher volume accounts, we can also provide a comma separated, tab delimited or XML file with you tracking information.

Speed - We treat your orders the same way we treat our orders. They'll be processed just as quickly as our others. Currently, 99% of orders we receive by 2pm EST are shipped that same day.
