How do I set up an account? How long will it take?
No more need to jump through hoops to open a new account. Simply fill out our General & Credit Applications found on our forms page and return them to us via fax or email. Accounts are often set up within one business day of receipt, allowing you to place an order for the products as soon as you need them.
What is your minimum order requirement? Annual order requirement?
Aleva Health has no annual or minimum purchase requirement for any wholesale accounts. Please note, some of our marketing programs may have certain minimums or additional costs associated with them (i.e., blind wrap fulfillment, web design, etc).
How soon will my order ship?
99% of orders we receive by 3pm EST ship the same day. Aleva Health stocks over 35,000 products and processes hundreds of orders daily. Our extensive stock and broad product offering allow fast and easy order fulfillment across multiple brands. In the event of a delay, or an extended manufacturing backorder, we will contact you immediately.
What payment terms do you offer?
We offer two payment options: Prepayment, or Net 30 day terms upon approved credit. Contact us for more information.
What freight options do you offer?
We offer standard F.O.B. Freight for commercial delivery based on actual shipping costs. For Blind Wrap Fulfillment we offer several residential delivery options. We also offer international delivery upon request.
What is your warranty and return policy?
We offer a 90 day return window on all of our products, which may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom and special ordered items are non returnable and will be noted accordingly. Products deemed defective can be replaced for up to 90 days from receipt. Freight charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your wholesale account manager to obtain a return authorization number.

What if I need assistance regarding products?
Call or email us! Our administrative and customer service staff are all fully trained by the manufacturers. Aleva Health’s staff offers the experience and knowledge to help you properly assist your customers.
