Customer Service Representative -
We are currently seeking customer service representatives. Responsibilities include assisting both in store and online customers with product questions and with placing orders. Other responsibilities may include replying to customer inquiries via email and tending to live inquiries via our live support tool. Experience in customer service a plus. Accounting/Billing Supervisor -
We are seeking an accounting and billing supervisor. Responsibilities will include accounts receivable and accounts payable activities including, but not limited to, invoicing, collections, entering bills, paying bills, receiving payments, processing deposits, and account reconciliation. We are seeking an experienced marketing or advertising professional to assume all marketing and advertising activities. Responsibilities will include management of CPC, CPA, and affiliate programs; promotion creation and promotional email campaigns; promotional content management; product launches; ad text, site text, and other promotional online content; professional relationship management; print and other non-Internet advertising design and implementation; site and data analysis to ensure effective, affordable and profitable CPA; survey management; contest management; and, any other advertising or promotional activities that will likely arise.
